Auction success A big thank you to all who bid on our online auction and helped raise £3,211.11, far exceeding our target. A special thank you to all who donated promises and congratulations to the successful bidders. With your support and the hard work of our volunteers we look forward to providing a longer running and improved service for the future. Diolch yn fawr.

Church news At the time of writing we continue to worship via virtual means and also provide support and advice by telephone or via Facebook. Canon Ann and the churchwardens remain available at all times should you need to talk to us or seek advice. It is hoped that churches will be able to open their doors in the not too distant future.

WI connections Sadly we are unable to give a date for the resumption of monthly meetings but despite this the WI members are in regular contact with each other. This is by virtue of the aptly named CoronaWIrus Weekly and we are now preparing the 12th edition. All members receive a copy and are encouraged to contribute to its contents. This could be memories, jokes, photos, words of wisdom or advice. Devised by Kay and Sue and beautifully condensed into an attractive newsletter by Sue it is proving to be very much enjoyed. In addition we also have a chatty email regularly circulated to members for comments on their activities, significant events (if any) and as a way of imparting information. It is not as good as seeing everyone in person but is a much valued alternative.
