IF this stylish property is already a familiar sight to you then rest assured, you are not the only one to have had a look inside.

That’s because the stunning farmhouse on the southern edge of Llandysul was the most viewed home in Carmarthenshire last year.

Property website Rightmove has analysed the most clicked-on homes across the county during 2020 and this one topped the list.

The traditional stone farmhouse comes with two self-contained cottages and a total of 10 bedrooms spread across the three properties, six of which are situated in the farmhouse.

With a price tag of £975,000, you will even get an equestrian smallholding, internal stables, paddocks and woodland.

Inside the main home you will find traditional exposed stone walls, wooden beams and large windows overlooking the courtyard.

Double doors open up into a large conservatory, which is currently used as a workshop, and you will soon notice the feature fireplace as well as the stunning panoramic rural views on offer.

The open-plan dining room guides you through to the kitchen which benefits from a feature window and a Rangemaster.

The striking spiral staircases connect to two mezzanine bedrooms with exposed beams and stone walls. The other bedrooms, which all come with en-suites, can be accessed via a staircase in the dining room.

To the right of the farmhouse are the two cottages, each with two separate enclosed gardens.

The property sits on approximately 48 acres of grounds and is accessed via a private driveway.

Property website Zoopla has also put together a list of the current most viewed properties in the county.

The majority of the most popular homes on the site at present are in Llanelli and range from a modern terraced house to a cottage with panoramic views. Here are the five most popular properties currently being viewed on the site:

The lounge area has a picturesque window seat, while the kitchen offers a range of modern wall and base units and comes with stylish marble-effect worktops.

Three-bedroom semidetached house, Llanelli, £90,000

The next one on the list may come as a surprise as it is in need of complete renovation.

It’s described as a perfect investment opportunity and would provide its new owners with plenty of space as it even comes with outbuildings and a garage.

■ Three-bedroom cottage, Llanelli, £165,000

It’s not hard to see why this one has proved so popular, offering stunning panoramic views across the estuary.

The cosy cottage comes with original features, including stone walls, exposed beams and a traditional log burner in the lounge.

■ Three-bedroom semidetached house, Llanelli, £175,000

Situated in a Llanelli cul-de-sac, this next property is described as the perfect balance of modern and period charm.
