Plans for seven new homes

SEVEN new homes could be on their way to a Carmarthenshire village.

An outline planning application has been lodged for a site just over half-a-hectare in size, located off the main road in Rhydargaeau.

The application has been submitted to Carmarthenshire Council on behalf of applicant Eileen Evans.

The proposal for the currently vacant 0.6 hectare of greenfield land is for a “housing development for up to seven residential units.”

The application will be discussed by Carmarthenshire Council planning committee in the near future.
