Local parks Parents and carers are kindly asked to ensure that everyone observes the Welsh Government rules for alert level 4 when visiting our parks, especially the rules on social distancing. Stay safe! The rules say: “Parents and guardians are encouraged to ensure playgrounds do not get too busy, and take responsibility for social distancing. In particular, you must not arrange to meet with other households at playgrounds and should not socialise there. Wash hands or sanitise frequently, do not eat or drink in parks, wipe down equipment with wipes, and maintain low numbers within parks and on equipment by taking turns or using parks at less busy times.”

Beware scams! Dyfed-powys Police Economic Crime Team warn about scams; criminals have been sending texts, phone calls and emails using Covid-19 vaccine ‘applications’ as a means to get people to give bank details. If you have received an email that you are not sure about, forward it to the Suspicious Email Reporting Service (SERS) at report@phishing.gov.uk. Suspicious text messages should be forwarded to 7726. If you receive a suspicious phone call, hang up and block the number. The NHS does not need your bank details and would not ask for them in an email or text or by phone. Meddygfa’r Tymbl Please make any enquiries by telephone. A doctor or other health professional will still be there to advise you, either over the phone or, if needed, in person.
