YOUR body and mind have to work in unison so that you stay healthy.

If you struggle to keep going with your exercise regime, recruit a friend who can cheer you on and encourage you. You don’t have to do much, a 20-minute brisk walk each day will help reduce stress and leave you feeling energised.

Also keep an eye on what you eat and how often. Porridge with fresh or dried fruit, poached eggs on toast or high-fibre breakfast cereals are a great way start to your day.

Reduce your alcohol intake or give it up entirely, as this will help you increase your energy levels and you’ll sleep better too.

And make time for yourself. Read, try yoga, above, have a bath or anything that relaxes you.
