Free fitness

RESIDENTS in Carmarthenshire who are aged 60 or over are being treated to two months’ free use of council leisure centres.

This includes free use of the gym, swimming and exercise classes indoors or outdoors at any of the council’s leisure centres.

The free rolling offer is for eight weeks and people can get a further eight weeks at half price.
