Sad loss Her numerous friends were sad to hear of the passing away, peacefully on May 4 at Glangwili Hospital, of a very well-known and highly-respected Ammanford lady, Mrs Janet Williams, at the age of 83, a popular local figure and a real part of Ammanford’s history. Janet will for ever be remembered from Williams Bazaar, an iconic shop in the town for many a year run by the family. Always cheerful and friendly, and a real family concern, it was always said “whatever you are after, you can get it in the Bazaar, and, if they haven’t got it,then they will always try and get it for you”. Deepest condolences to Llew, all the children, grandchildren and all the family on their loss.
