Brechfa Community Shop/bryn Stores Current opening hours are weekdays and Saturdays 7am to 1pm, closed Sundays. Anyone self-isolating/ shielding locally can arrange for doorstep delivery or shop-door pick-up by ringing 01267 202333 between 10am and noon or by dropping in a list with their requiremen­ts and contact details. Brechfa Through Time: Connecting People Through Creative Exploratio­n Funded by Brechfa Forest West Wind Farm Fund, the project will provide access to free profession­ally-led arts-based opportunit­ies over the next six months or so. Run by Arts Care Gofal Celf, online sessions continue and a new series is starting in addition to the Talking Trash Sculpture Project and animation classes. Church in Wales services Covid-19 regulated services – St Teilo’s, Brechfa, services will be at 11am on the 1st and 3rd Sundays in the month and at St Michael’s, Llanfihang­el Rhos y Corn, at 2.30pm on the 3rd Sunday but the pattern will change in June. The monthly Pilgrim Service continues at Llanfihang­el at 6pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month so June 9, hopefully in the church and on Zoom.
