Burry Port moved into second by defeating Carmarthen Athletic 24-15. Port kept the score down while playing into a strong headwind in the first half, then pulled away with the elements in their favour after the break.
Pontarddulais won 15-5 at Milford Haven to maintain their title challenge, while Pontyberem claimed just their second league victory of the season by beating bottom club Loughor 22-7.
The big winners of the day were Kidwelly. They defeated Tenby United 62-5.
Cefneithin moved to the top of Three West B following their 14-8 defeat of Gwendraeth Valley rivals Trimsaran.
They have just moved ahead of Tumble.
Llandybie are third after they won 13-5 at Llangadog.
Llandeilo beat New Dock Stars, but Furnace United’s title challenge suffered a jolt when they were beaten at Penygroes.
Cardigan missed the chance to close the gap on the teams ahead of them in Three West A when they were held to a 6-6 draw at Aberaeron. Llanybydder and Tregaron both lost.
