The Knitted Bible The Knitted Bible, consisting of 33 scenes from the Bible using hand-knitted figures of persons and animals, will be on display in Trinity Methodist Church, Kidwelly, between Wednesda,y September 7, and Monday, September 12. The opening hours are: Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th 2 to 4pm and 6 to 7pm; Saturday 10th 10am to 12noon and 2pm to 4pm; Sunday 11th 2pm to 4pm; Monday 12th 10am to 12noon. All welcome, free entry.

Epic Explorers For 4 to 11-year olds, resumes on Thursday, September 1, 5.30-6.30pm at the Parish Rooms, St Mary’s Church – songs, craft, stories and games. Admission is free and includes squash and biscuits.

Charitable Trust Therapeuti­c group for people with memory problems meet every Monday morning (10.30am-12noon) at Canolfan John Burns Centre, Carmarthen Road, Kidwelly. Every session is specifical­ly aimed to stimulate the brain in a fun and non-threatenin­g way. Refreshmen­ts are included in the cost of £5 for service users and £1 for carers/family members.
