A STUNNING property that looks like it could be in central London but is actually in the centre of Carmarthen has come onto the market – and it’s available for less than half a million pounds.
According to Rightmove the average house price in Carmarthen is just over £210,000 while, according to Zoopla, the average purchase price across the wider county of Carmarthenshire is slightly lower than that at just over £200,000.
