Charity keen to assist with diagnosis help

A CARMARTHENSHIRE-BASED charity is helping people and their loved ones following a diagnosis of cancer or a life-limiting illness.

Angor offers support and points people in touch with other organisations that can help.

They are a group of volunteers who are starting to do pop-up meetings to assess the needs within this defined group throughout Carmarthenshire and get feedback from people in the community on their experience of services following a life-limiting diagnosis or cancer.

They have already held three sessions in Llanelli and one in Pontargothi. They will be in the hall there again today from 2pm to 4pm.

Following this, they will be hosting sessions in Newcastle Emlyn.
