Environment group Local environment group, Cadw’r Mynydd Mawr yn Daclus / Keep Mynydd Mawr Tidy meets once or twice a month to pick up litter. Last month members targeted Tumble. This Saturday the group will be in Cross Hands. Meet in the park. Equipment can be provided. On the 24th, members will be helping plant more saplings in the public cemetery. Meet at 10 am. New members will be very welcome! Information: 07866911932 Children’s choir The new choir for pupils in Years 6-9 of Gwendraeth Valley schools meets on Mondays from 6-7pm in Neuadd Y Gwendraeth, Drefach.
