Best decorated property Time to plan your outdoor decorations for this year’s competition. Beat the gloom and cheer everyone up in readiness for the Festive season. Judging will take place in the middle of the week leading up to Christmas Eve. Mock Mayor Roger Davies and his judges will travel all ends of the village to select the best. Prizes will be awarded at the carol singing in the Memorial Hall on Christmas Eve prior to the arrival of Santa.

New Year’s Day swim The tides dictate which day and at what time this event can happen and this time around it will be on New Year’s Day at around 1pm. Ample time for you to recover from the night before.

Craft Fair The craft fair recently held in the Memorial Hall and organised by Ann and Huw Iorwerth and Anthea Evans was a great success. The items for sale were displayed beautifully, were varied, innovative and of excellent quality. A real pleasure to browse them all. Many thanks to all stall holders for their creativity, those who spent and to all who assisted in setting the hall up and restoring it to normal. Also thanks to the hall committee members for their donations for the raffle.
