Italian reservoir common

Carpworld - - TOPCATS -

It’s always a bit of a shame when we receive a lovely picture of a stunning carp and then have very few details to go with it. Of course, I can understand why people want to keep the venue under wraps, as the alternative can lead to a lot more interest in the place, but just remember that you can tell us a lot without giving too much away – if you know what I mean! Anyway, this lovely, dark Italian common carp found its way onto the unhooking mat of Marco Bertaglia. What we do know is that Marco was fishing one of the very big Italian reservoir lakes, he caught the fish on Imperial Bait’s Crawfish Black and White boilies. He used that bait in particular because the lake is full of crayfish and he felt that it would be almost like a natural food to the fish. It seems that Marco was right!
