Blended with green tea, which is known for promoting spiritual harmony, your mind, body and soul are going to love this DIY face mask. Ingredient­s: 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1/2 tsp coconut oil 1/4 tsp maca root powder 1 cup of cooled green tea Method: • Steep your green tea and leave to cool while you go ahead with the following steps. • Mix the dry ingredient­s together in a bowl. • Add your chosen oil little by little, blending the mixture as you go. • Pour in your cooled green tea 1 tsp at a time until a smooth, creamy consistenc­y is reached. • Apply in a thick layer over your face and relax for 10-15 minutes. • Run a clean face cloth that you don’t mind getting stained under hot water, wring out and then hold against your face to steam. • Gently wipe away the mask with the cloth. • Run the cloth under cold water and then place onto your face to close your pores.
