Personal energy

All good psychics (in fact anyone in the spiritual field) work with psychic power. The first step to working with this gift is to become aware of your own energy. Try this simple technique:

Sit and take a few deep breaths. Focus on your palms.

Imagine a ball of light the size of golf ball in your right hand. See it sparkling giving off energy.

Make the ball bigger until it’s about apple size.

Bring both hands together but don’t let them touch. Feel the ball of energy between your palms, bounce your hands gently on this energy.

Finally, bring your awareness back into the room. Clap your hands to end the psychic exercise and earth yourself.
