Vampire-detecting

Psychic vampires are people who steal your energy and leave you feeling exhausted after seeing them. Most of the time they’re not aware they’re doing this but they can’t help offloading their problems and negativity onto you.

To add another layer of protection to your psychic armour, say this aloud 10 times in the morning: ‘I am protected and I call upon the Archangels to keep me safe today.’

Think about phasing toxic people out of your life if possible.

Imagine any psychic vampires as a tiny person disappearing into the distance far away from you. Practise this technique regularly until they vanish from your life.

If they’re a family member or work colleague and you can’t avoid them, put on a fresh suit of psychic armour before any contact. Also, try to arrange encounters in the presence of others, which will dilute the psychic vampire’s energy and give you the excuse to limit your direct interaction with them.
