One of the creepiest and most foreboding places we have been to. Disembodied footsteps, strange mists and something unearthly in the attic! Yet I feel a bizarre attachment to the farmhouse and a desire to go back. Make sure you visit this amazing castle!

The responses, the strange lights captured on camera, the doors slamming like mad for that hour and then suddenly stopping - what a creepy experience we had! I dreamed about Codnor Castle and its grounds in the nights following and feel a pull to go back there and introduce my family to it. It’s left me befuddled yet strangely addicted.
