Mother's Day energy ritual

Ensure your mum knows just how fabulous she is and boost the loving energy between you with this Mother’s Day ritual.

YOU’LL NEED: A vase of pink and white flowers, a piece of rose quartz, a photo of you together, a piece of quality card, an envelope and a pen.

WHAT TO DO: Put the flowers in some water and place the photo in front of the vase. Pop the piece of rose quartz on top to generate loving energy. Draw an angel, or if art isn’t one of your gifts, find the shape of an angel (choose something simple that you can easily trace around or copy) and sketch this onto the card. When you’ve done this, cut out the shape. Now spend some time looking at the photo and thinking about your mum and all she’s done for you. Think about how she makes you feel and what you’d really like to say to her, then write it on the angel. To finish, pop the angel and the rose quartz into an envelope, and give it to your mum, along with the fresh blooms.
