Stuffof nightmares

Naked, wild-haired, with eyes circled by black rings, Kenya’s mythical, feared Night Runners are normal people by day, but by night they run through the villages banging on doors, throwing stones onto people’s roofs and causing havoc. They rob graves for human remains, eating what flesh remains and using the bones in magic spells - but woe betide you if you disturb one in the midst of their evil doing! They’ll use their powers to confuse your mind then force you to partake in their grave-robbing cannibalism!
