Step 1 X MARKS THE SPOT

Decide where you want to investigate. Your focus could be a local ancient church, a stately home or a well-known spot like Stonehenge.

You may find it easier to work with a place you know because this will help you to create a stronger psychic link.

Step 2 CREATE A PSYCHIC LINK

You can use three methods: a map, a photo, or travel there in person.

MAP: Spread the map out on a flat surface and mark the site of investigation with a pin or a dot.

PHOTO: Use a photo, a printed image from online or a cutting.

VISIT: Why not take a day trip? Ancient sites and standing stones are marked on Ordnance Survey maps or can be found at megalithic.co.uk and English- heritage.org.uk. Once you have decided on ‘where’, breathe deep and shut your eyes.

Next say, ‘My guides, and angels, please move near me for protection. Keep me safe during my investigation into the past. ‘I trust that all the information given to me is done for the highest purpose. Thank you for your protection.’
