Seeds of happiness

One of the most underrated philosophers of the 21st century is, erm, Winnie the Pooh! Everyone’s favourite bear has this to say on the subject of happiness: ‘Don’t underestimate the value of Doing Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can’t hear, and not bothering.’ And he’s got a point. We’re always in such a rush – dashing from the school run to work or racing round the supermarket before it shuts – that it can be easy to forget to relax, to sit down, make a cup of tea, put your feet up and just chill out! You deserve some time to yourself, so make like Pooh and Do Nothing!
