Does your son or daughter have psychic powers?

As loving parents, we all think our children are special – and they often do quirky things, especially when they’re little. But does your son or daughter’s behaviour sometimes seem strange or even unsettling? If so, it could be that you’re the parent of a psychic child. But how can you be sure they have the gift? Psychic and witch Cassandra

Eason, author of Psychic

Powers of Children, explains what signs to look out for.

SPOTTING THE SIGNS

According to Cassandra Eason, the first sign that your child may be psychic is usually that he or she has a good imagination and is creative. Cassandra explains, ‘Psychic children like drawing and reading. People often comment that they’re “in their own little world.” Many psychic children also love music and are deep thinkers, they’re described as sensitive or having “an old head on young shoulders”.’

Noisy, disruptive youngsters are less likely to be psychic because they don’t pay attention to the more subtle details in the environment around them.

‘Suffering from nightmares is another tell-tale sign,’ continues Cassandra. ‘These children are open psychically and picking up on energies around them. Some children are aware of spirits and may not want to sleep in a particular room

- or they may love bedtime because they can “talk” to their invisible friends! People have told me their children say things like, “Grandpa came and played with me”. These kind of spirit visits are more common than you might think.’ Some psychic children are able to describe loved ones who’ve departed and even recognise them from photos. Other children see fairies, angels or have out-of-body experiences.

Late development can also be a sign of latent psychic ability, with some children not appearing to learn to speak until around the age of three.
