My magic necklace absorbs my stress

I’m a holistic therapist and I work with sound healing and angelic reiki. I help clients who have a wide range of issues from depression and anxiety to bereavement.
Due to my job I never used to wear jewellery. But after a particularly challenging day in March 2019, with clients who needed extra care, I was left absolutely exhausted.
As a therapist, there’s a risk that you can take on other people’s energies, and even be drained by them. I do shield myself but I was aware that I needed an extra layer of protection, something that was going to be discreet – and I thought of jewellery.
