In these difficult times, it’s important that we all practice selfcare. Yoga is a fantastic tonic to soothe, restore, uplift and help us focus – whatever we need in the moment. The beauty of yoga is that it works on all layers of our health and wellbeing – our physical body, our mental health and our emotional wellbeing. Even better, it can be as simple as doing a single pose while the kettle boils, making an act of self-care accessible to even those who are currently confined to the house, or starved of time – or energy!
