My spirit guides helped make me a success
The three key colours in Daniel’s aura are brown, red and blue. The brown shows that he has a deep, instinctive and practical wisdom within him. He is practical, persistent and very businesslike, but he may have issues when it comes to control and anxiety. The red is symbolic of Daniel’s innate strength, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. He chooses projects that he feels passionate about, and is competitive and focused when it comes to getting what he wants. ying in my bed, my eyes opened. It was the middle of the night and something had woken me up. As my eyes adjusted to the light, I realised that there was a man standing in my bedroom doorway. He was wearing nothing but a pair of jeans – no shoes or top – and he was looking right at me.
I stared back – shocked, but strangely unafraid, even though I couldn’t move a muscle of my body. The man looked as real as you or me, but I knew he wasn’t a living person.
I noticed that he was holding a glowing red orb in his hand. Just as I observed this, he threw it straight at me! At that moment, I passed out

It was 2000, and I was looking for answers to various spiritual questions. I was born in Colombia, and my birth mother was an indigenous person, but I’d been adopted by a Dutch couple and had grown up in Germany. I wanted to ¿QG RXW PRUH DERXW P\ URRWV WKH culture I came from, so I’d grown interested in shamanism.
A few days after the bedroom encounter, I attended a shamanic workshop in Berlin.
Shocking message
‘We’re going to meet our spirit guides through a guided visualisation,’ the shaman holding the workshop explained. He said that, during the visualisation, our guide would give us energy. ‘It may be in the form of a hug or a glowing red orb,’ he added. My mouth fell open. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing – but it all fell into place.
The man in my bedroom was my spirit guide!

As the years passed, I saw VSLULW LQ PDQ\ GL HUHQW forms. I saw elves in the plants and trees.
I also saw aliens – or star beings, as I call them. They were tall and spindly, with huge eyes – they looked exactly like the ‘Hollywood Greys’ that we associate with the Roswell incident and
I got up to go to the bathroom one night, and they were there, crowded into my bedroom. When they realised I was awake, they all looked at each other, and then one of them reached out and tapped me ZLWK KLV ¿QJHU , LPPHGLDWHO\ blacked out.
Astral travelling
It was only when I woke up the next morning that I realised I’d actually been astral travelling. My physical body had remained in my bed, it was only my astral body that had left it – and when the alien touched me, he grounded me, sending my astral body back into my physical body. Whatever they were up to, it seems they didn’t want me to know about it. Another time, I was living in Barcelona, sitting on my balcony, reading a book by Kyle Gray about angels. I looked up – and gasped. All around me, angels were crowded onto the rooftops. Down LQ WKH VWUHHW WKH WUD F ZDV hooting, and people were going about their business oblivious to the celestial horde that was watching them from the rooftops above!
But although I’d obviously been through a spiritual awakening, was connecting very strongly with spirits, I didn’t know what to do with it. I carried on working in various odd jobs, and living a ‘normal’ life – if you could call it that!
I’d be on a night out with my mates, and I’d be getting messages from spirit – but I couldn’t exactly go up to a stranger in a bar and say, ‘hey, your mum says hi and don’t forget to pay your tax bill!’
On one occasion, I did get a message for someone I knew. I took a deep breath and said to him, ‘There are two beings around you, a wolf and an owl.’
He smiled at me. ‘I know,’ he said simply.
It turned out he was reading a book about a wolf and an owl to his kids – but of course, he was reading that book for a reason. Those were his power animals.
