Sleeping in a foetal position indicates a need for comfort and affection, and stomach sleepers, known to the good doctor as ‘Free Fallers’, can appear quite outgoing and loud, but privately suffer feelings of anxiety from feeling overwhelmed in daily life. Back sleepers? More likely to snore, and have high expectations of themselves and others. Read Part 2 next month!
