MIDSUMMER MAGIC

This colourful and refreshing fruity mocktail is the perfect magical potion to celebrate midsummer. Make a big jug and share with family and friends. As you raise a glass, make a wish for health and happiness, then savour the zingy taste!

YOU’LL NEED: 3 lemons, 2 limes, peach juice, lemonade, a handful of ice cubes and strawberries, a couple of mint leaves.

WHAT TO DO: Juice two of the lemons, and the limes and pour in a large jug. Add the ice cubes and one sliced lemon and then pour in the peach juice so that it fills a third of the jug. Top up with lemonade. Slice the strawberries and use them as a garnish, along with the mint leaves.

ALCOHOLIC EXTRA?

Use a decent splash of peach schnapps or peach-flavoured vodka.
