Afew years ago, I was doing some shopping in the supermarket with my mum (where she worked) and dropped my keys on the floor.
A member of staff picked up my keys and asked if I had a key that wasn’t mine – and I did, the key to an abusive ex-boyfriend’s home. She asked me to take it off and give it to her.
A week later, she gave my mum a letter saying I could put the past behind me – and that I’d meet a tall, blond man, who’d be kind and gentle.
Five years later, I’m living with my blond 6ft 2in tall husband and our beautiful 9-month-old baby boy!
