CHOCO­LATE, MINT AND HONEY SEED SMOOTHIE BOWL

This is a per­fect break­fast or mid-morn­ing treat to give you that choco­late kick with­out the guilt!

Chat It's Fate - - True-life -

In­gre­di­ents:

 1 medium, ripe av­o­cado  12 mint leaves  400ml unsweet­ened al­mond milk  6 Med­jool dates  3 tbsp raw ca­cao or unsweet­ened co­coa pow­der  Small pinch sea salt  1 tbsp Munchy Seeds* honey seeds, plus extra to top  Hand­ful blue­ber­ries

Method:

1. Place all the in­gre­di­ents (ex­cept the honey seeds and blue­ber­ries) into a blen­der and whizz un­til smooth. 2. Pour into a bowl and top with honey seeds and a hand­ful of fresh blue­ber­ries.
