Now I’m going to set up my own business!
Flopping into bed for an early night, I sighed. I had a busy job, being the area manager of a cleaning company. I relished the challenge, but it was exhausting.
Flicking on the TV, I pulled out my phone to play a few games on Chat Mag Bingo.

I barely slept that night, thinking of all the things I could do with my wonderful win.
Next morning, I told all my mates. They were all stunned and thrilled for me.

It took a week for my fantastic jackpot win to really sink in – then I went out and bought myself a car. I decided I wanted to do something big with the rest – something different. Since my early 20s, I’d thought about running my own business. But I’d just never seemed to be able to get round to it. This could be my big chance, I thought. A few weeks later, chatting with my friend, I had an idea. ‘We could run our own cafe,’ I said. I used to work in the hospitality industry and had really enjoyed it. And my friend was a brilliant cook. I
could make the coffee and cooked breakfasts, while she whipped up some mouthwatering dishes from our Caribbean heritage.
I knew she made a mean jerk chicken!
‘I’m in,’ she grinned happily.
I’m now researching, looking for a cafe that’s already up-and-running, with the lease up for sale.
I can’t wait to spend my days nattering with customers, meeting all sorts of people, serving delicious food. And being my own boss!
I’m going to save the rest of my winnings.
But I can’t wait to fire up the coffee machine in my own cafe for the first time.
And, as the bacon sizzles in the pan for our new customers, I’ll be sure to thank Chat Mag Bingo.
