Q My baby happily throws up all her milk straight after a feed! My midwife says not to worry, but is this normal? Karla, 29

ASounds like posseting, where babies regurgitate after a feed because the valve at the entrance to their stomach hasn’t fully developed. Provided she’s well and is gaining weight as she should, it’s messy but normal and will stop by the time she’s standing, if not before.
