MAKE IT Sage and onion stuffing Serves 6 50g butter 1tbsp oil 1 large onion, chopped 100g breadcrumbs 1tbsp fresh sage, chopped Salt and black pepper
1 Preheat oven to 180C/gas 4. Heat butter and oil, and cook onion. Stir in breadcrumbs, sage, and seasoning. 2 Roll into small balls, put in a baking dish and cook for 40 mins.
