Serves: 4 Prep: 10 mins, plus marinating time Cook: 15 mins Cost per serving: £1.28 1 Blend together 165g tikka masala paste, 150g plain yogurt (we used Alpro Simply Plain), juice of 1 lime and handful chopped coriander. 2 Pour the mixture over 4 chopped chicken breasts and leave to marinate for 1 hr. 3 Thread the chicken on to skewers and grill until cooked through. Serve with pilau rice and lime wedges, plus raita sauce for dipping.
