Serves: 4 Prep: 10 mins, plus mar­i­nat­ing time Cook: 15 mins Cost per serv­ing: £1.28 1 Blend to­gether 165g tikka masala paste, 150g plain yo­gurt (we used Al­pro Sim­ply Plain), juice of 1 lime and hand­ful chopped co­rian­der. 2 Pour the mix­ture over 4 chopped chicken breasts and leave to mar­i­nate for 1 hr. 3 Thread the chicken on to skew­ers and grill un­til cooked through. Serve with pi­lau rice and lime wedges, plus raita sauce for dip­ping.
