Q I’ve been rejected for a charity skydive as I sometimes use a spray for chest pains. How is that fair?
ANot fair – but sensible! Skydiving involves jumping from a plane between 8,000 and 15,000ft, where the air is thinner and there’s less oxygen. It sounds as if you have angina, meaning reduced oxygen to your heart. A further reduction due to altitude could trigger a heart attack.
