THIS HEARTY AND FILLING BREAKFAST FAVOURITE DOESN'T NEED TO BE BORING!
1 Place the oats, milk, water, grated carrot, cinnamon, ground ginger and raisins in a medium-sized pan over a medium heat, bring to the boil and then reduce the temperature to a low heat. 2 Stir regularly and continue cooking for around 10-12 min, until the mixture is thick and creamy. 3 Pour the porridge into a bowl and decorate with the baby carrot halves, walnuts, honey and cinnamon.
