Ever since the death of baby Grace – Chas and Paddy have dealt with their grief differently. So, instead of bringing them closer, the tragedy has caused them to drift apart.
When Paddy confides in Marlon about the growing distance between him and Chas, the two friends plan a surprise meal for her. But when the idea backfires, the couple end up having a very public row in The Woolpack, with Chas ordering Paddy to leave.
