3tbsp mustard 1tbsp honey 40 cocktail pork sausages 375g ready rolled puff pastry 1 egg, beaten 1-2tbsp sesame seeds 1 Preheat oven to 220C/gas 7. Mix together mustard and honey. Toss sausages in the mixture until well coated. 2 Unroll ready rolled puff pastry, then roll it a little thinner. Cut into 3cm-wide strips, then into 8cm-long pieces. Put one sausage in the centre of each piece of pastry. Brush one edge with beaten egg and roll up to encase the sausage. Pinch to seal and repeat with the rest of the sausages. 3 Transfer the sausage bites to a greased baking tray, brush lightly with more beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 10-15 min, or until the pastry is golden and the sausages are cooked through. Serve warm or cold. To freeze: Bites can be frozen in one layer in a freezer-proof container ne for up to 3 months.
