Ijust wanted to say thank you for publishing My Secret Shame (20 Sept issue).

As a sufferer of PCOS myself, I know how hard it can be to cope with excessive facial hair.

Poor Nova went through all that at such a young age, at a time when life is hard enough without having PCOS. She’s so brave to accept and own who she really is and to inspire others to do the same.

I think everyone should feel as confident as Nova in being themselves and not feel the need to hide away their true selves. Alexandra Bennett, Tonyrefail
