A Around 40 per cent of women suf­fer some de­gree of PMS, trig­gered by hor­mone changes. Treat­ments that can work well in­clude vi­ta­min B6, cog­ni­tive be­havioural ther­apy (CBT), tak­ing the Pill, an­tide­pres­sants and stronger hor­mone ther­apy. Talk to your GP.
