A happy £2,027 Jackpot winner!

One evening last May, I was sitting on the sofa with my laptop and I logged onto Chat Mag Bingo. I’d signed up back in July 2014.
I used to go to a bingo hall, but playing online was as much fun and there was a great community of players.
It meant that I could stay home with my husband Allan, 67, and play.
I said hello to some friends I’d made in the chat room.
I’d had a few small wins, but not hit a big jackpot.
That evening, I played Tiki 90-ball Bingo. Tickets were 1p, so I bought 50, and watched the balls pop out.
One by one, they were dabbed off my cards.
I waited, needed just two more to get a Full House…
I watched as they both appeared on screen. Then…

‘You OK?’ Allan asked. ‘I’ve won £2,027!’ I yelled. I couldn’t wait to tell my daughter Ashley, 39. We screamed and giggled! The timing was perfect. We’d booked a family holiday to Paris in July, to celebrate Ashley’s 40th.
I added some winnings to our spending money. And, while on our travels, I treated my son, also called Allan, 38, and the grandchildren.
Before we left, I bought some pretty tops and dresses.
But it was when we got to Paris, that the fun began! I couldn’t wait to spoil my family with treats and gifts.
We spent a fortnight at two theme parks. Just spending quality time together, seeing their beaming faces every morning, queuing up for the rides, eating out… Bliss!
Of course, I couldn’t resist buying souvenirs of our special family holiday.
My loved ones were really thrilled with the trip. It was so heartwarming. After all that, amazingly, I still had some of my win left, so Allan and I booked an extra weekend away for the two of us in Aberdeen in August.
I still play bingo. I love the fun of the games, along with the buzz in the chat rooms.
