Honey BBQ sesame
These sweet and sticky wings, swimming in sauce, are extra delicious!

50ml honey barbecue sauce 50ml Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 50ml apricot jam
15ml sesame oil
1.25kg chicken wings, split and tips discarded Toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions to garnish 1 Combine the sauces, jam and sesame oil. Set aside. 2 Deep-fry the wings at 190C for 10 mins or until cooked and crispy. Drain. Alternatively, bake for 20 min at 260C/Gas 10 until fully cooked and crispy, turning halfway, or grill on a medium heat for 20 to 25 mins, turning often. 3 Once cooked, toss the hot wings in the jam mixture. Place on a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions.
