Winning over £14,000 in two months, I treated the family
One afternoon in June 2019, having a cuppa, I logged online to enjoy a few games of Bingo. That’s a big jackpot,I thought, eyeing the Bingo Lounge Progressive Jackpot, which was over £12,000.
I’d joined Chat Mag Bingo in October 2011, playing on a laptop, and now, playing on my phone was as much fun!
So, I bought myself a bundle of 10p tickets for the next game.
I had a busy day ahead, so left the game to play out.
That was another great thing – you could advance-buy tickets and the game would automatically be dabbed off.
If you won a game, the winnings would be added to your balance. But I certainly didn’t expect to log back in later to see that I’d won that big jackpot! My balance had rocketed past £12,000!

flipped, and I quickly sent a text to my partner Wayne, 39, telling him the news…
£12,552! I wrote. Later, I told my mum Patricia, 73, and sister Clare, 48. They were thrilled. ‘You’ve done it again!’ Wayne beamed when I saw him.
See, this wasn’t my first win. I’d had several big wins to celebrate over the last few years, including in 2016 my £1,000 Full House and £8,548 jackpot when I last featured in Chat magazine.
Now, I was stunned. Part-exchanging my car and using some of my winnings, I bought my dream
car! A sporty little number!
Then I booked a summer mini break to Dorset with Wayne, my son, 3, and Mum. It was fantastic. With some winnings left over, I booked a cruise around the Canary Islands with Clare and her son, 16.
We head off soon for 11 nights, and couldn’t be more excited.
Then, a month later, in July, I had played Daily Paper, one of the Daily Free Games, and won free spins for the Paper Wins slot game.
I won a few quid from the free spins, so I put the money towards tickets for a Link game in one of my favourite rooms, Sapphire.
Shortly after the game began, I picked up my phone, and
saw that
the balance had gone up.
Unbelievably, I’d won again, this time £1,606! Wayne was speechless. This time, I decorated my son’s bedroom. I let him pick the theme – dinosaurs.
I also treated Mum to some new hearing aids. I’m still playing bingo. Well, it is one of my favourite things to do for a bit of fun.
I’ve got to know some of the other players too. I don’t always have time to chat, but it’s great when I do have the chance to say hello.
