My daughter won’t talk to me
QI haven’t seen my daughter in over seven years. She refuses to even speak to me and I’ve never met my grandchildren – it breaks my heart.
I miss her every day and I’m desperate to be part of her and my grandchildren’s lives.
Life is too short to hold grudges, but I don’t know how I can get her to agree to see me.
What should I do?

AWell this is heartbreaking. You don’t say what the fall-out was about, but there are very few things I can think worth sacrificing a motherdaughter relationship over.
Have you thought about writing a letter? Tell her the reasons why you want to get back in contact, ask her why these seven years have passed.
But if she really does not want to talk to you, you’ll need to find a way to make peace with it.
