Citrus gin fizz

● 70ml citrus flavoured gin (such as Greyson’s Sicilian Lemon Gin, Aldi, £12.99, 70cl)

● 1tsp caster sugar ● Chilled sparkling wine to top up ● Two twists of lemon zest 1 Divide the gin between two Champagne flutes. Add half the sugar to each glass and stir to dissolve. 2

Top up with chilled sparkling wine and add a twist of lemon zest to each glass.
