I get too wet during sex

QI become so wet during sex, it’s embarrassing! Is there any way to make less lubrication?

AYour vagina lubricates itself when you’re aroused. Making plenty of fluid simply demonstrates that everything’s working as it should, and really shouldn’t be embarrassing.

Hormones have an effect, and the stage of your monthly cycle or taking the contraceptive pill can affect your wetness. Stress, or some drugs, can cut it down.

This lubrication is important to prevent discomfort or damage during sex – there really should be no need to make less, and pills or sprays sold to do this are best avoided.

Lying on a towel will help reduce the wet patch, and try different sex positions such as bringing your legs together afterwards.
