Guilty for texting ex

QI’ve been with my boyfriend for two months. But I recently messaged the boy I was seeing before him, just to check in as he was going through a hard time.

I still care about him but I have no romantic or sexual feelings towards him. I told my current boyfriend that I messaged him but I think he is annoyed at me for doing so. My ex knows I have

a new boyfriend, so it’s not like I hid anything from either of them but I’m feeling a little guilty. Donna, 23

AYou did nothing wrong, I agree. So the real question to ask yourself is, why are you feeling so guilty.

Maybe dig a little deeper and consider if you’re as happy and settled with this new man as you think. Be honest with yourself.
