Stuck in a sexless marriage

-

QMy husband and I have been married for 13 years. We get along great and hardly ever argue, but somewhere along the way we stopped putting effort into our relationship.

We now sleep separately and it’s like living with a room-mate.

He doesn’t believe in therapy and says we don’t need it.

So how do we restart our sexual relationship?

AHave you tried using your mouth – by which I mean talking about it? A proper heart-to-heart, explaining how you’re feeling?

He could be suffering with his mental health, or perhaps there’s a lot of distractions, such as kids, work stress and family strife. But you’ll only find out if you ask. Try going back to basics. Who knows where an innocent cuddle on the sofa might lead?
