Quick curried chicken noodles
Chopsticks at the ready – this is speedy and utterly delicious
SERVES 4 PREP TIME 4 MINS COOK TIME 6 MINS
2tbsp balti curry paste 500g fine egg noodles 8 cherry tomatoes, halved 130g ready-cooked chicken tikka pieces
● 8tbsp frozen peas

Bring 1ltr water to the boil in a large pan. Stir in the curry paste then add the noodles. Cook for 2 mins.

Add the tomatoes, chicken and peas to the pan, bring back to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 4 mins, until the noodles are tender and the chicken is piping hot. Then enjoy!
